Recognized Donors
There have been a few groups that have helped to maintain the Darst Center ministry by providing substantial financial support through donation or grant monies. The Center would not have been able to continue without such vital support during its early years. For the generous giving of these groups, we are most grateful.
The Mercy Sisters of the Chicago region have been a generous partner with the Darst Center since its founding in 2002. Each year, the Sisters have supported the Center through grant support ranging from five to twenty thousand dollars through the Agatha O’Brien Ministry Fund. This fiscal year, the Fund partnered with the Darst Center to provide $5,000 of funding for staff support.
The Springfield Dominicans have funded the Darst Center on two separate occasions through their Peace and Justice Fund, providing support totaling $9,500.
